The hottest animated series of the moment is finally available on DVD, the new phenomenon that’s already swept through not only Japan but also the United States: Naruto! The comic book masterpiece by Masashi Kishimoto that won over increasing numbers of readers on the pages of the Japanese magazine Shonen Jump (the Shonen bible, whose pages have seen the publication of masterpieces such as Dragon Ball and Slam Dunk), before becoming a multimedia phenomenon. Dozens of videogames for the most important consoles, promotional items of all kinds, and obviously, a ratings champion anime! Not forgetting of course the card game, a veritable international phenomenon, already available in Italy! The anime is produced by Studio Pierrot (Great Teacher Onizuka, Bleach) in collaboration with TV Tokyo and will transport you into a fantastic world populated by ninjas. Here Naruto is a 12 year-old boy, who has grown up with no parents in the Leaf Village. He is a happy boy who gets into a lot of trouble but deep down inside he has a dream: to be the best ninja around and become the new Hokage of his village. But to succeed he will have to pass many tests, the first of which is the exam to become a genin, the first level of the ninjas! And so here begins the saga of Naruto, the most famous anime in the world!
