To combat the terrorist organisation known as USR, eleven countries re-group their naval forces into a supernational structure called PKN (Peace-Keeping Navy). But during the opening ceremony of the new fleet, the UX submarine of the USR commanded by Admiral Red manages to destroy most of the PKN ships. Only the intervention of the obsolete Japanese submarine “707”, which saves the aircraft carrier Apollo-Norm by sacrificing itself, manages to limit the losses. Six months on, captain Youhei Hayami is called into service to command the new 707, and finally begin the underwater war against the USR!
